FC Bucks Program Expansion
Important Changes - Formation of 2nd Girls Teams

The Council Rock United Soccer Association Board of Directors has begun a restructuring of our FC Bucks Program to deal with changes in the age at which players begin 11v11 play and keep in step with changes in the soccer world resulting from the creation of the Elite Clubs National League (ECNL).  In keeping with these timely adjustments, the Board has authorized the establishment of additional FC Bucks Premier girls’ teams in the soccer ages U14-U18 (Fall 2012 soccer year of play) coinciding with the same ages that compete in the Elite Clubs National League (ECNL).

The formation of an additional FC Bucks girls team in a given age group between U14-U18 begins with the current established FC Bucks coach recognizing a quality group of players worthy of forming an additional FC Bucks team in the age group and recommending the establishment of a team to the CRUSA/FC Bucks coaching directors, who in turn will present the proposal to the CRUSA Board of Directors for approval of the team.

The purpose of allowing for the possibility of additional FC Bucks girls’ teams is in line with the club’s goal of offering a level of play for all of our community members and in this case, by creating the best environment and opportunities for the development of our premier level youth soccer players to prepare them to excel in high school and college.

U15 FC Bucks Fury
2012 USYS Region 1 Champions
Congratulations to the U15 Girls FC Bucks Fury - 2012 USYS Region 1 Champions

The Fury outscored their regional opponents 13-5 en route to defeating PSC Baltimore 3-1 in the Regional Championship.

After the Fury tied NY East champs 0-0 in their first game they rebounded and needed the maximum goal differential to advance to the semis by defeating West Virginia state champions 4-0.  The Fury’s semi-final match up was against VSA Heat which was a re-match of their 2012 Jefferson final where the Fury was victorious.  The Fury again defeated VSA Heat to advance to the final.  After the Fury was tied at the half 1-1, they scored two goals in the 2nd half en route to a convincing final victory.

The Fury are headed to the National Championship in South Carolina.

Since 2010 the Fury has finished quarterfinalists or better in 19 or 22 events with 6 championships and is 18-8-1 against State Champions.

Fury is currently ranked #1 in the nation, #1 in the region and #1 in the state by gotsoccer.com

FC Bucks Girls Accepted into Elite Clubs National League (ECNL)

CRUSA is proud to announce that the FC Bucks Girls division of our club has been accepted into the Elite Clubs National League. The ECNL is a non-profit national youth soccer league founded in 2009 to provide the best possible developmental environment for American female youth soccer players through the creation of the highest level of national competition and an identification and development program to provide an avenue for players to participate in U.S. Soccer’s National Teams. Our clubs acceptance was one of 12 new clubs accepted into this prestigious new league and makes CRUSA/FC Bucks girls one of only 52 clubs in the country that have been accepted.
