Please see the flyer regarding the SAFE KIDS PEP programs coming up this fall.  PEP is a specific injury prevention program for female athletes to decrease the risk of deceleration ACL injuries.  For more details about the program, please feel free to visit the following web site:  http://www.aclprevent.com/.  This program found a 74% decrease in ACL injuries in a large national study of female athletes that implemented this program.  Click here for the FLYER.

Congratulations to the FC Bucks Vipers U19 Girls, who won the Region 1 Championship this week in Barboursville, West Virginia.  This moves them on to National play starting on July 21st in Overland Park, Kansas, where they will defend their title of National Champions 2009.  Congratulations are also in order for the FC Bucks Revolution U14 Girls, who advanced to the semi-finals in Regional play and the FC Bucks Freedom U12 Girls, who went undefeated in their Regional bracket.  Congratulations and Best of Luck to the Vipers!!

Congratulations to all CRUSA Travel, CRUSA Elite and FC Bucks teams on their participation in this year’s EPYSA State Cup Tournament. Our club had 35 teams enter the three different Spring Cup Tournaments and the June NCS Cup. (Challenge Cup, Presidents Cup and National Championship Series Cup).

When the preliminary, playoff and quarter-final rounds were completed; our club still had 14 teams remaining that had advanced to the semi-final round of their age groups respective State Cup Tournament which is a rare and tremendous accomplishment for any club in the state. (See list below). When all age groups were complete, our club finished this year’s State Cup Tournament play with 4 Champions, 6 Finalists and 4 Semi-finalists.    

Congratulations to the CRUSA Cobras U14 boys on winning the Presidents Cup and advancing to regionals and the FC Bucks Freedom U12 Girls, FC Bucks Revolution U14 Girls and the FC Bucks Vipers U19 Girls on winning the State Cup championship and now advancing to Region 1 finals in Barboursville West Virgnia July 1 - July 6.

CRUSA is proud to announce that the FC Bucks Girls division of our club has been accepted into the Elite Clubs National League. The ECNL is a non-profit national youth soccer league founded in 2009 to provide the best possible developmental environment for American female youth soccer players through the creation of the highest level of national competition and an identification and development program to provide an avenue for players to participate in U.S. Soccer’s National Teams. Our clubs acceptance was one of 12 new clubs accepted into this prestigious new league and makes CRUSA/FC Bucks girls one of only 52 clubs in the country that have been accepted. Membership in the ECNL will bring many great opportunities to the member teams including advanced player development, a great competitive structure to compete at the highest levels nationally, a unique player identification program for national teams and the best opportunity for college showcase exposure.

Congratulations again to the FC Bucks Girls division of our club on being accepted into the Elite Clubs National League and special thanks to our clubs Coaching Directors and all of the great players, teams, families and coaches that have paved the way for this membership in the ECNL. "Every Child Deserves A Chance to Play Baseball" - We encourage everyone to help expand CRUSA’s support of the Miracle League. (CLICK HERE for the Miracle League of Northampton website.) Presently there are over 200 Miracle League organizations across the country, including Puerto Rico, with 100 rubberized fields currently under construction.  There are many ways that we can help raise funding for the new facility being built at Northampton Municipal Park for our community’s special needs children.  Support this worthy cause and become part of a wonderful community project!!
